Leisure Centre

Safety is paramount at Colfe's Leisure Centre.We are an approved RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society) training centre and have RLSS qualified lifeguards observing the swimming pool at all times, ensuring the safety of our members.

The facilities of the Leisure Centre are open to parents, children and members of the neighbouring community. Within the Centre is a large swimming pool, sports hall and two well-equipped fitness studio's. The sports hall may be hired out for badminton, tennis, basketball, volleyball, five-a-side, hockey, indoor cricket and many other sports. Monday - 2030 - Circuit Class

Wednesday - 2030 - Total Body Workout

Thursday - 1830 - Stability Ball Training
Thursday - 1900 - Aquafit

Thursday - 1915 - Circuits

Friday - 1900 - Badminton (Turn up and play)

Saturday - 0900 - Gentle Circuit Class

Sunday - 0915 - Stability Ball Training

Sunday - 1300 - Teen Gym

NEW courses for children - TRAMPOLINING & FENCING - Start on Saturday 6th September

Trampolining & Fencing are two brand new courses being introduced this September. Both start on Saturday 6th September between 0900 & 1100. Please see our courses list or phone the Centre for further information.

Camp Beaumont - Children's Activities - Starting 14th July - 27th August 2008

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification - Unit 1 Course - Monday 14th July to Friday 18th July

The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification will be held from the 14th-18th of July. The hours will vary from 0830-1630 & 1100-1800 during the week. To attend participants must be 16 years of age or above. Please contact the Leisure Centre for further information.

Archery for Adults - Brand New Course for 2008!!

Archery for Adults is here and new for 2008! So why not come and chance your arm! The course will take place on Tuesday nights from 2030-2130.

Welcome - Membership Now Available!

We offer a wide range of fitness related activities to help you to fulfil your personal fitness goals. We have trained fitness instructors who can provide you with advice and guidance on the use of the equipment and help you to devise a programme of activities. There are early morning sessions and, during the school holidays, afternoon sessions. Ladies only sessions are available on Sundays from 0900-1000.

The Leisure Centre is run by Colfe's Leisure Services Ltd, a company wholly owned by Colfe's School. During the school day the school makes extensive use of the facilities but outside of school hours the facilities are available for use by members of the public. Membership is open to all and the membership packages offer superb value for money.
